At AHMAD RAZA, we are committed to ensure the highest level of services. Whilst, we hope you are delighted with your order and we do not offer any return or exchange under normal conditions. We only offer “Conditional Exchange” if you face quality issues with the product.

Moreover, orders those are customized or given a discount on are not eligible for Return or Refund or Chargeback.

if you find the product faulty in terms of its quality or the work done, you have to get back to us within 48 hours of delivery.

if you purchased our items from another platforms i.e. XYZ, we will not deal you directly ,you have to contact with XYZ platform for exchange or refund with in 72 hours


If we accept any item/order for refund ,refund will be done in 10 to 15 days , we will deduct 25 %(from sale price) amount of refund item/order and delivery charges will not refunded in any case . (This is applicable if we receive item/order return with in 72 hours after that we will only exchange will not refund it and 25% deduction apply )

if you cancel any order with in 48 hours of placing order 25% order amount will deducted ( apply after payment conformation)

if you cancel any order after 48 hours of placing order 40 % of order amount will deducted. ( apply after payment conformation)


We AHMAD RAZA STUDIO send pictures and video to assure we sending our product in good conditions and new and perfect size , If any product i.e. Women wear , Men wear , Jewelry etc. Torn , break or any stain happened while delivery locally and internationally ( border Customs may break or any usage of chemical on jewelry to check ) we AHMAD RAZA STUDIO are not responsible


You do not have a right to change your mind in respect of items which are made to order, bespoke or personalised.Incase of a Bridal order, any amount paid as ‘ advance payment’ for bridal/couture/men's wear orders is non-refundable and non-transferrable. If your order is made to order then refunds won’t be catered after your order has gone into production i.e. After 48 hours of order confirmation, the made to order articles cannot be refunded.


Outfit is not-eligible for refund/return/exchange in following cases

Violation of Care instructions

Following points will be considered as violation of care instructions :

  • If the outfit has been shrunk.
  • If the outfit has been washed/ dry clean.
  • If an outfit has been stitched even in cases of missing pieces.
  • If the outfit has been worn or tried on..
  • If the item has been subjected to bleach/chemical for stain removing.
  • A list of care instructions are provided by the designer and if any of those instructions are also not followed properly then the order is not eligible for a refund.
